No Smoking. Please do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke outside the home, however please do not bring the smell inside. The removal of the smell sometimes requires repainting the walls and can cause extra cost to the tenant upon move out.

Respect the space: Treat the house with care, maintain cleanliness and common areas, and tidy up after yourself.

Privacy and Quiet: Respect the privacy and tranquility of the neighborhood and neighbors by minimizing the noise. Noise level should be minimized between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Guests Permissions: Avoid inviting additional guests without prior permission. In some cases, this will cause for extra fees.

Follow safety guidelines and refrain from using dangerous or unauthorized electrical devices.

Report Damages: Immediately report any issues or damage occurring during your stay.
