CHECK THE APPLIANCES:

Turn off all lights and appliance.

EMPTY THE TRASH BINS:

Dispose of all waste before leaving. Please place all trash bags in bins that are to the left of the property and down the ally. They are large bins that the city picks up.

PLEASE LEAVE CONDIMENTS:

Please leave condiments in refridgerator or cabinet.

CLOSE ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS:

Secure all sliders, doors and windows before leaving.

HANDLE USED LINENS AND TOWELS:

Please leave sheets and blankets on the bed along with the “Clean” or “Used” tag on the beds. Please place all towels in the bathtub.

FINAL CLEANUP:

Make sure all the spaces are clean and tidy.

LOCK ALL DOORS::

Please make sure front and back doors is locked and key is back in the lock box.
